All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Amour Drink reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of fraud, payment issues or product unavailability.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.

  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

8. Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products excluded under applicable consumer protection laws

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of returned products.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Amour Drink shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any damages resulting from misuse of products.

All trademarks, designs, content, photographs, videos and branding elements remain the exclusive property of Amour Drink.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
